Please contact us within 3 days if you have a concern. We’ll review it and work with you on an appropriate solution whenever possible. Completed services are non-refundable.

7 days: Shellac & gel polish on natural nails, for workmanship-related chipping or peeling.
10 days: Bio gel, acrylic, overlays & extensions, for workmanship-related lifting, cracking or breakage.
Regular polish is not covered. Accidents, improper care, force, picking, biting, misuse and normal wear are excluded. Repairs use the original colour and design when possible; changes to colour, design, length, shape or service are charged as a new service.

Prices depend on design complexity, number of nails, length and time. Bring inspiration photos for an estimate; the final price is confirmed at your appointment. Extra length, specialty shapes, artwork, charms and crystals may cost more.

Enjoy complimentary beverages during your visit—our little treat to you.

Please treat our team and other guests with courtesy. Abuse, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threats and inappropriate conduct are not tolerated. We may refuse or stop service, and decline future appointments, if behaviour creates an unsafe, hostile or uncomfortable environment.

Tools and equipment are cleaned and disinfected according to industry standards. Tell your technician about allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or nail concerns before your service. We may decline a service if it poses a health or safety risk.
